Ah, yes, those were the days. That was then. This is now.
At least we're honest about it.
Please note that we don't have a courteous customer service team that will always quickly
reply. We just have PwM. In other words, we = me.
Like everyone else, PwM is busy. Usually working on complex projects. Note that many of them
actually get completed. To get stuff done, PwM often turns off his phone, and rarely texts.
It's not that he is unfriendly. It's because he doesn't like being interrupted when working.
